Our Story
Cleaneatingcourse was born from a simple observation: most people want to eat healthier, but feel overwhelmed by complex recipes, confusing nutrition advice, and unrealistic expectations. We saw a gap in the market for straightforward, beginner-friendly resources that actually work in real life—not just in magazine photoshoots.
Our founders, a team of food enthusiasts and wellness advocates, came together with a clear vision: create an educational platform that makes healthy eating feel less like a chore and more like a natural part of daily life. We started by interviewing hundreds of people about their biggest struggles with nutrition—time constraints, ingredient availability, lack of cooking confidence, and fear of failure.
That research shaped everything we do today. Every recipe, article, and guide we publish is tested in real kitchens, by real people with real constraints. We focus on locally available ingredients, quick preparation methods, and flavor combinations that actually taste good. Marta is a food writer and nutrition educator with over a decade of experience helping people discover joy in cooking. She studied food science in Warsaw and has tested thousands of recipes in home kitchens across Poland. Her philosophy is that anyone can become confident in the kitchen with the right guidance and encouragement. When not developing recipes, she's exploring local farmers' markets in Katowice.
